The Casita has proved, yet again, to be a great place to meet people. Lots of laughter and conversation take place in the courtyard and in the kitchen, where people who will probably never meet again gather to talk, laugh, and exchange views. This is the real way to San Miguel, the path is paved with good conversations and a fair degree of silliness — essential to let the good times roll. Like ships that pass in the night…

Thank you so very much for taking care of the wonderful, wonderful space that is la Casita de las Flores. David and I had such a wonderful time staying at your place. You provided everything a responsible traveler would want in a simple, cared-for place. In addition to this, the space is beautiful. Thank you for everything!

LOVED this B & K! Flor is a gracious hostess. Tasteful, charmingly decorated, comfortable, clean, private little haven. Easy to tour San Miguel de Allende from this spot. Had a wonderful visit.

Excellent place to stay not far from the city center. The rooms are more than adequate, and the atmosphere is delightful-lots of green and flowers-and very quiet. It was nice to sit in the patio at night, enjoy a bottle of wine and see the stars. If you want to cook the kitchen has everything you need. Flor was very thorough and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this place for those who don’t have a need to spend lots of money and want to experience the charm of San Miguell de Allende.

I have often pondered the phrase “mi casa es su casa,” and have experienced it occasionally in certain places, but never did I expect to see it happen so completely in a commercial situation such as this. Ole, ole to you for making me feel at home these several days.
— Gracias, Bill, Española, USA
Don’t forget me, as I will not forget the casita.

Good Morning. My wife and I wanted to say thank you. You’ve changed the concept of accommodations with your warm and personal attention so much that it almost seems as if we’ve known each other for years. I send you my best wishes. (translated)
The best place to stay in San Miguel. Had a wonderful time, loved the place and met the best people at the casita. I’ll be back!

I just had the extraordinary privilege of taking part in an international congress for 4+ hours here at the Casita with Louis & Jackie, Lawrence from Nicaragua, and me from LA, USA. How great to be sharing the compound with such diverse and wonderful people. May the Casita live on and on!! If you’re staying here, get to know your neighbors. It can be great!
— Thank you, David
Wonderful, cozy, homey, fun — just a few of the words to describe the Casita. Hope to be back!
